Our Story
Sparrow Foot Farm is a small footprint farm nestled in the scenic hills of Franklin, Tasmania. Run by Inés and David, we are dedicated to producing fresh, spray-free vegetables through our expanding market garden and a growing flock of laying hens.
We practise agroecology — working with nature rather than against it. Every vegetable we grow is seasonal, harvested fresh, and delivered to our community without a single spray. We believe in food that nourishes both people and the land.

Our market garden produces a diverse range of vegetables throughout the year. We follow nature's calendar, growing what thrives in each season to bring you the most flavourful and nutritious produce possible.

Feeding our community is key to what we do at Sparrow Foot Farm. We believe that access to fresh, locally grown food strengthens the bonds between growers and eaters, and builds a more resilient food system for the Huon Valley.
You'll find us at local markets, through our weekly veggie box program, and collaborating with other local producers to bring the best of Tasmania's bounty to your table.
